The focus of every employee is on accident prevention and hazard awareness, combined with weekly safety meeting and specialized training this clearly reflects our company’s Experience Modification Rate (EMR). All employees of SeaCom are encouraged to express any and all concerns or issues immediately to the safety director who makes weekly jobsite visits and conducts safety evaluations of the working conditions.
